Applicants need to be proposed by existing members of the Society, and the form should then be returned to the Administrator at the address given.

Membership Of The Derby And District Law Society
Under the Society's Rules, membership is open to Solicitors either practising or not and residing in the local area, together with non-solicitor fee earners, management staff, trainee Solicitors and LPC students.

Subscription rates:
£70.00 for Partners/ Associates/ Consultants/ Directors/ LLP members/ Sole Practitioners/ Heads of Department and Senior Solicitors
£48.50 Assistant Solicitors more than 3 years PQE
£37.75 non- solicitor fee earners/ management staff/ others
£27.00 Trainees, Retired Solicitors, LPC students and Solicitors up to 3 years PQE
