To join our ‘leading firm’ the successful candidate will be expected to manage a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters and legal aid cases; Divorce & Finances, separation, injunctions, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Children Act work and will also be passionate about developing relationships with existing clients and will be committed to developing new business. 
This position is a client facing role and would suit someone who has excellent all round communication skills and who is committed to building a long-term career within the Company’s Family team and establishing themselves in the local demographic market. You will also be required to represent clients at Court and have confidence in conducting your own Advocacy. 
To be considered for this position you must have experience of managing your own caseload appropriate to your level of experience; will be highly organised, accurate, with the ability to keep meticulous records and accounts; proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure; possess strong advocacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision, although, more experienced candidates will be considered on merit.

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or similar to join our established Residential Property Department. 
 
The successful candidate will be based at our Sheffield office. 
 
Hours of business are: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm 
 
Contract: Permanent – fulltime, although, part-time hours will be considered. 
To be considered for this position you must have 2+ years’ experience in handling and dealing with a variety of Residential property transactions including Leasehold matters and must have a thorough working knowledge of Conveyance practice and procedures. You will also be used to working with an IT case management system and will have experience in managing and supporting a small and well established Residential Property team with the ability to work on your own with minimum supervision.
